LE vs GT vs Ultra

hi guys...
i'm looking to buy an SLI setup, and i was wondering if there is a huge difference between the 6800GT, and 6800 ultra.... theres a pretty big price difference, but will i notice the difference in performance?

On current games, probably not. They will both perform great and at 70+ fps for most games out there, even stuff like Doom3. Here's a graphics card chart for comparison...
