yeah...my 3 day old video card went out...6800 GT.
moved it to my dorm and when i got it there it didn't work...it was slightly overclocked...like 50 mhz and ran smoothly like that for 3 days. so i guess the move knocked something loose???
You tell us! I disassemble my stuff if i have to rely on vehicular transport. In either case to rule the possibility out you can just take everything apart (including a cursory reset of the CMOS) and put it back together.
