Left handed gaming!

Hi im a lefty and ive just started getting into PC gaming. I played xbox before. I know i can use my xbox controller for gaming on pc but i want to use a mouse and keyboard. I just wanted to know what other lefty were using and what was comfortable for them, ive heard of using OKL: and num pad but was wondering what most lefties used.

I have a friend that just has a left handed mouse and uses WASD like normal.

I'm lefty and use the standard WASD and mouse as well.

I'm left handed and I've been using ordinary right handed mice all my life.
