Legitimate Network Traffic?

Hi all,

I'm seeing what seems to be non-valid traffic out of my internet connection:

After 5 mins of a connection to my router I've recieved 95k and sent just over 100k of data. This seems high to me.

My firewall is set to "request access" for most applications.

Is there an application I can use to view which application is sending/receiving data and how much?
