Lexmark CX410de Not Printing Full Page (Missing Page Footer)

I have a 'Lexmark CX410de' printer and it doesn't scan the entire page, leaving out the footer. The settings seem to be correct such as Paper Size: A4 etc. By any chance, does anyone know what the issue might be please?

I can't tell if it has a flatbed scanner or if you have to use the document feeder to scan it. If using a document feeder then it could be not working correctly. If it has a flatbed on it then can only assume something is up with the scanner. Try unplugging the unit and wait a few minutes and plug it back in and retry.
