Lexmark Z605 cartridges

I have the above printer and i have got some cartridges.
The problem is the black it black 17 and the colour is colour 27 but the cartridges i have in atm are black 16 and colour 26 can i still use them or do i have to get the *6 modles?

You have to get the default ones that your printer came with, but you can also get the cartradge ink refullers it saves you way more money it's only $20.00, I think Lexmark makes those.
