LG Monitor with interference on screen

Hi guys; i have this LG Digital Monitor L19NT-A and i have this symptom seen in the Utube Video,it has nothing to do with the PC connected to it cause it does it without the PC turned on.

Note: when i put my fingers and press against it other on the top middle edge of the panel it removes this interference condition,but it may stay good till i shutdown monitor,but when i turn it on it shows the effect again, it seems to be a bonding connection situation, any clues? thanks in advance

did u check the signal cable

on a more serious note it's probably doing that because its broken

Not the cable,for now i put one of those big Office Clamps clamping the front against the back edge together and so far it's not doing it,if it comes back i will open it and check.
