LianLi EVO XL to HAVN HS420?

Hey! I have a question. I currently have a LianLi O11 EVO XL case — would switching to the HAVN HS420 case help reduce the buzzing noise on my RTX 5090? The HAVN HS420 seems more enclosed to me than the LianLi.
 
Don't know why you would buy a different case to fix an issue with the video card. I'm sure the 5090 is under warranty?
