LimeWire 4.10.5 Help Needed

I had a previous version of LimeWire 4.10.5 and I have downloaded 4.10.5. Unfortunately, the instalation failed, and for some reason I can't get into my previous version. If I uninstal both, and then re-install the latest version, will I have all of my previous files still on LimeWire?

Yes.

I've done the same thing before.
 
if u wanna be sure... just remove the files and put it in a folder on ur desktop. then reinstalll and put them back. when installing, have limewire import it into the library if it doesn't find it.
