pk so my dad bought this new router and i have a desktop with windows 7 64bit...it shows the connection i click connect it goes through asks for the security key, i type in the key and it does not connect. ive read that it supports windows 7 but ive also seen that it doesnt. it works fine with this laptop with vista im on now. any help please?

You may have to update your wireless card driver. Try connecting to the router with the security disabled and see if you can connect. If you can, then try readding security back to it and try connecting.
