liquid cooling ram with preexisting heat spreader?

So I have 4 gb of G.skill DDR2 1066 ram:

I plan on liquid cooling my processor and while I'm that I figure I might as well cool my ram and graphic cards.
So my question is can I install a cooling block on my ram, even though they have existing heat spreaders on them?

You usually need to remove the heatspreaders, check the install manual that comes with the RAM block.
