Listing registry/system changes after software installation

I would appreciate if someone let me know if there is a program/utility (free or not) for XP that after an installation of some other software it will:
- list all registry changes made by that other software during the installation
- list all created and modified files on the drive during that same installation

There are utilites out there that will for example restore registry to a previous state.
However, I am looking for listing of those changes made to the system both in the registry and on the hard drive.
