Looks like a good budget build, the after market HSF needed though? I have 2 of those hard drives, they are excellent and quick. Good Luck, let us know how the build goes.
 
I won't be building this until mid-summer, he gets to come out here and work with me, haha.

This will play BF2 BF2142, CoH, Black & White 2, and TDU, right??

What about the following: keyboard, mouse, joystick, monitor, sound card, OS?

What games is he wanting to play? Will he play any internet games?
 
I will rather get E6320, then choose better pair of RAM.

What is MB link? I have that RAM in a DG965WH and it works perfect, what would make the difference on another 965 board? He doesn't really need RAM with a HSNK, I have used that Kingston ValueRAM for gaming and it just gets warm to the touch.
