Little confused about cards

Hello
I was just looking through the msy website, and I see 1gig cards for 100 bucks
But then i see some other cards 1gig cards for 400 bucks

Can someone give me a brief example of why this?

Obviously the $400 cards are high end gaming cards and the $100 cards are not. If you can give us some links we can better describe why the difference in prices.
