As a new boy not sure if this the right forum, anyway---

W7 LIvemail
I did a format on my pc as it was getting slow and crashed. I put Livemail back and it works fine but I still get a code )x800cccoe Which means failure to connect. Anyone know how to get rid of the message bearing in mind the email works?
 
You said the email works. When do you get the failure to connect error? Are you able to send and receive email? Can you surf the web?
