I purchased a new computer and wirless router a few weeks ago, and I have only just noticed that on th eoriginal computer norton antivirus live update has not been running.
It works fine on my new computer, which connects to the internet wirelessley, but my original pc which connects to the internet through an eternet cable into the back of the router doesn't.
The message I get when trying to run Live Update says:
"Error: LU1841: Connection to isp failed.
Live update could not connect to your isp.
Verify your dial up info is correct."
It has not updated since before I got the new router and the computer connects to the internet fine.
What do I need to do?
