load software from laptop DVD to Netbook

I haven't tried it, but I have seen many people share the DVD drive by connect LAN wire and share the data. Just right click on the drive and you will find sharing. I have transferred data like this, just see if you can install in the same way.
 
Assuming both machines are running an OS (IE you're not trying to load Windows on the netbook :P) you can map a network drive to the optical drive just as you would any other directory on the PC.
