loading system error

just tried to format my pc windows xp format aborted due to some error now when i start up my pc i get the above error any help please
 
Use the windows XP install disk to format your disk. If that is what you are using then download killdisk or dban and create a bootable cd to do it. The drive may be failing on you and thats why it wouldn't format.
