I've been using the 30 day free trial of Kaspersky (which is running out today unfortunately) and the full scan kept freezing when it hit this generic program I thought I comletely deleted from my computer....lately I've been getting this weird ad-ware thing that scrolls onto my screen with the words "privacy agreement" or something weird and takes me to some place that sells something...so I wanted to check it out with kaspersky (I'm about to run a malwarebytes scan on it after posting) and the program kept freezing when it was trying to check "NaturalSoft" (a pdf reader program I installed and uninstalled...probably gave me some weird spyware ad ware poop)...well it's still being detected by my computer which is odd...I cannot find the files anywhere on my computer with the "Search" function...how do I find these problematic files that seem like they're hiding?
