lock it up

anyone know of a program so i can lock up my computer.....i have one but kids done figured out that clear-alt-delete can by pass it....any suggestions????
 
set up a password in user accounts in control panel(assuming windows OS) and then when you're away from PC, just log off or switch user or if in Vista, you can "lock" PC via shutdown screen.
 
I think he is talking about Internet.

If you want to lock up your Internet so your kids don't go onto sites you don't want them to, try opendns.com
 
sorry i am looking for a way to lock desktop so you can leave computer on but lock the desktop then when i am ready i can just type in a password and desktop will unlock
