For some reason my desktop is well locked. Locked? You ask. Well I cant move eny of my icons. When I click them and try and drag them to another place on my desktop they just stay where they are. I can cut and then past them where I want but that takes to long. No I do not have any parental control software on my pc. Got any other ideas?
