Locked out

I have been changing network settings and I am not ble to log onto my network, and because i don't know th passowrd for logging on to the actual computer I am locked out, is their a way to run system restore without logging on, or basically, gain access again.

reformat or use the xp disc and do a recovery

I'm assuming it's your computer, but did you install Windows yourself? If so, you would have had to set an administrator password while installing it (or you may have left it blank). If you remember that password, you can access the computer. If not, there are programs which will find out passwords, but as Jerkstore said, we can't discuss them here. Reformatting may be your only other option
