Logging phone and emails

Hi,

I am looking to log phone calls (cell phone) and emails when dealing with clients. A perfect scenario would be an app that could recognize when a call was made or received from someone in my contact list and prompt me for any notes on that call and then be logged. Also, if there were some way to tie in email contact to the same program it would be nice, but not mandatory.

Any thoughts on a good program?

You didn't specify Android or Apple. Just a quick Google search for call log app I see this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.softrelay.calllog&hl=en

For E-mail perhaps there is an E-mail log app. I don't know about them using both facilities though.
