Someone from CF recommended this game and I've fallen in love with it. WoW is just on the back-burner. I was wondering if there are any dedicated LoL'ers and your usernames if you'd like to team match a bit. I'd definitely appreciate some advice on champs.

I was using Keenen and Shaco a lot, but I wasn't really great with them. Then I started using Xin but the recent patch nerf'ed him and I can't get the amount of kills as I was before. I read guides and all of that, but I'm just looking for some good advice about champ usage, not really how to play them in-game. I do know how to read guides after all. I feel like I'd enjoy Yi, but I have some trouble staying alive long enough to be effective as some others seem to. The best I have been with is Ashe and Xin, but Ashe is boring to an extent as it's run and auto-attack while waiting for cooldowns. Xin is now nerfed and I have lost interest in him.

What, or rather, who should I try next? I thought Mordekaiser sounded great reading about him, but when I played him I felt the guides over-exaggarated about his tanking abilities even with his shield at maximum.

Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. This is a fun game, I just want to be more effective at whatever champion I can master.

(I'm great at farming with Keenen, but I can't ever seem to get champ kills)
 
Sorry for the double-thread and now double-post. Completely unintentional. I feel like CF is lagging at 3AM CST lately lol
 
The only thing I know about that game is that 2 of my friends would rather be playing that than go out.
 
Just looked up some gameplay videos. It looks really sick. I think I might try it out later today/this week.

I heard about it before but never really looked into it. How often do they update it?
 
imo their updates sometimes take forever with 300KB/s connection :P that's if you didn't play for awhile and there's like 5 updates ^^
 
Yeah the updates aren't that bad overall though as long as you log in every now and then. It's quick-paced gameplay. I love it personally.
 
I'm a semiregular player now that the ranked season has started. Overall I think it's a decent game but I wouldn't mind more map variety and less new champions that are horribly broken at release. Right now there's only a 5v5 and 3v3 map, I would like a few 5v5 maps at least.

I'm getting kind of tired at the new champs too. Xin was way OP at release and now it's funny how the folks that still play him think they can get away with the crap they were before.

My main gripe is also the maps. I would like maps that focus more on true lanes and being a bit more difficult for folks to run through the forest. Make me have teleport or flash rather than simply taking a stroll through it. Also I think it'd be cool to have some random events that are interactive based on the map, or things you could trigger.
