I still think you may be infected because of all those "svchost" processes.

Also, I would consider uninstalling AVG and replacing it with Avira or Microsoft Security Essentials.

Note: If you choose to uninstall AVG, there's a software tool you need to run right after uninstall to completely remove it.

I did two reinstalls two different disk...same delay. I only installed the ethernet and sata drivers and updates, I got 41 processes going. This has to be this particular mb (bios stayed updated to F6) like I mentioned in my first post this aint no biggie, when I FINALLY get to the desktop the NOS kicks in ...Thanks for everbodies help!
