Long shutdown problems.

Hey! this has been going on for weeks adn 80% of the times when i shutdown windows i have to wait more than 10 min or so. yesterday i waited half an hour and it still did not shutdown. Anyone can tell me why?

lots of ppl encounter this but no one really knows y...
anyway, to solv this problem quickly and efficiently follow this instruction:
1) press the turn on bottun
2) hold
3) hold
4) hold
5) hold
6) hold
7) release

problem solved

but this didnt use to happen, and when i press shutdown i have to press it then wait, if windows isnt closing the sytem panels beside the clock i have to press again adn again so that it understands me. I dont tknow why but windows is not able to shut them down specially imesh and my internet connection.
