Longhorn Compatibility

Does anybody know how well modern cards will be compatible with the new edition of Windows, Longhorn? Are there cards specifically labeled as future compatible or will Microsoft make sure all cards now will be compatible?

Microsoft will make sure the cards are compatible, basically all you need is a card with enough memory that is DX compliant (not hard since everyone updates software DX support in the driver with each new version)

The videocard requirements were just released and you need a shader model 2 card with 256Mb of ram to run at max quality.
Its like this:
Crap (not yet named)
sorta crap (not yet named)
Aero Express - 64Mb videocard (i think shader 2 as well)
Aero Glass - 256Mb videocard shader 2 and directX 10 (dude)

Aero glass is suppost to be insane. (and with those requirements i'm not supprised)
All cards should be able to run the Crap quality settings and possibly the sotra Crap ones.
