No, I don't think so.

Well, I would still do it. Why would someone buy the OS again even though they have a valid CD key? They are basically paying for the "Genuine Windows" part of it, not the OS itself, since software can be infinitely copied.

... Just call MS and ask them to send you another CD for like $5...
