lookign for a new card

im looking for a new card. possibly for my mom, or maybe i will upgrade and give my current card to my mom. i have a geforce 6200 oc and am running a apple 23" hd monitor. we will both be using the same computer and will both have the same kind of monitor.

the only requirements, i need something with a dvi connector, it shouldnt cost much more than $200, and it has to be on a pci slot. i know i know, pci is the worst of the three but we really dont have a choice.

the X1300 is the best PCI card...

Why, why, why are you trying to run a beautiful 23" Apple monitor off of a PCI card? PCI is not worth putting a penny into. AGP is mediocre, but PCI.....on a 23" apple monitor? You need a upgrade to at least AGP, though PCI-express would be best, and worth it.
 
yeah, i know, i got the same when i was looking for my first card. "why nto get a pci-e?". i am currently running it on my pci card. i just dont really want to buy a new mobo though.. how much would it cost for me to buy a new mobo and how much hassle would it be?
