Looking for a better motherboard

I have these parts:

1. Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2GHz 800MHz
2. 250GB 7200 RPM SATA
3. 4GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200)

I am looking for a better motherboard that will fit these parts, so please links to here. Thanks.

Well, you need to post what motherboard you have and a price range.

you could go with evga 750i, they have some good quality mobo's and its only $120.

Well let say up to $100 or so but I look for Number of Memory Slots: 4×240pin and Memory Standard: DDR2 533.

Does that motherboard still work on DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) memory card? But I see DDR2 1200 on that motherboard.

There aren't any motherboards out there with a standard of 533. Generally the standard is DDR2 800, or faster. However DDR2 533 should still work on it.
