Looking for A certian Media PLayer

Hey guys im searching for a video player that i can make semi transparent and make it so it stays ontop pf other windows. Ive been looking for a while right now i use vlc i cant find any plugins that will allow me to do this stuff with it. Any ideas?

Generally the options menu in a player allows you to set it to stay on top of other windows. An exellent retail player for a wide range of video file types is Cyberlink's PowerDVD.
