I'm trying to find a good laptop For under 450. I want something maybe 15.6-17.3 inches I want it to have a fast processor I'm mainly going to use it for school and normal browsing but some lite gaming as well nothing like call of duty or GTA. Just for some basic computer games and roms. I've found a few I've been looking at but not sure it's right for me. I don't wanna get something that's been upgraded to windows 8 from Xp here they are. Some of them say operating system windows xp or windows 7 under item detail but that
Mite be just a mistake not sure.

Which one do u think will be best for my needs or if tall have any other suggestion.

I think the first one will be fine. 6 gigs is plenty if your only playing roms and stuff like indie games or league of legends/hearthstone

If you are taking this to school you don't want a 17" machine. I carry a 15" ThinkPad to school every day and that is big and heavy enough. Most 17" laptops in your price range also tend to have low resolution 1366x768 screens. That resolution looks OK(ish) on 15" (a tad big for my liking but generally it's fine) but on 17" it's going to look pretty big and might annoy you. What will annoy you most is that you'll be buying a 17" machine for extra real-estate, but everything will look big because of that resolution, so the reason for getting a bigger display is gone.

So I'd definitely recommend sticking with 15". For your needs I reckon anything with an i3 and 4GB+ RAM will be fine. You might even be able to get something new like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...1&cm_re=PPSSDDOFUUYJNP-_-34-317-600-_-Product granted it's more expensive than the others but it's brand new and has the latest generation components - and Lenovo is an excellent brand (but owning a ThinkPad I'd think that, wouldn't I? ;) )

Most brands out there are fine so don't worry too much about that.
