Looking for a new game.

Okay, I'm SOO bored. :(

I have like no homework for Monday, and I'm happy but I'm bored of all my games. :P

I've played
  • Need For Speed Underground1,2, Carbon, Pro street, Porsche 2000
  • Counter Strike Source
  • Combat Arms
  • Maplestory
  • Sims2
  • GTA III, San Andreas
  • Guild Wars
  • WOW
  • And such...

If someone could recommend me a racing game, FPS, MMORPG, RPG, something along the lines of that, it would be awesome. :)

Do you have the Orange Box for the HL2 series? That sees HL2, EP1+2, Fortress, Portal, and you can also download some free single player mods like Minerva's Metastasis(excellent), Riot Act, Rock24(breakout of Nova Prospect with help), Awakening(enter ant lion facility through portal after arrival at sub base!), and the little lost segment of Lost Coast taken out of HL2.

Gee? Older games like Return to CastleWolfenstein and Soldier of Fortune II seem to run on Vista as well as on XP. The graphics are still old but the game plays are good.

flight simulator X

overall this game is the best bang for your buck that i have ever bought. i have logged 376 flight hours and feel like i am just scratching the surface of what the game has to offer. granted if you are not an aspiring or current pilot, it probably won't hold your interest like it does mine, but you will definitely find enough enjoyment in it to justify the $50 for it.

not to mention you can learn how to fly a damn plane. you would be shocked how true to life FSX is.

Ah gee... Since I'm on this thread I just had to add in DOSBox and... "it can't be! Duke Nukem 8bit on Vista and heard in 5.1 surround!" !!!

I had the pc version of Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory and simply gave it away since you need a gravis pad or be satified with the preassigned four keys since there was no options for assigning which other keys as seen in most other games. Having run the original Wolf3D on some old Ix86s as well as Duke 1, Nukem II, Duke 3D, Doom, and others that was a bit of a let down especially with RTCW running on Vista! :(

For SOF II Plus having SOF I onboard I still prefer the 1st person shooter there.
