Okay so I'm specific on what games I like and what ones I hate.

I like the NFS Series. Can Tolerate Sim racers like GTR2/ Evo.

Have all the NFS Series.
Loved Oblivion
Loved Fallout 3
Loved Mirrors Edge
Loved Burnout Paradise (not many play this on PC apparently)
Loved Bioshock
Love the GTA Series

I've tryed out The Witcher but couldn't really get into it. Barely played it at all but couldnt stand the 3rd person gameplay view.

I'm interested in Saints Row 2....

Have played Neverwinter Nights 2, not too into it.

Loved FEAR Combat, havent Played FEAR, Played FEAR 2 Demo thought it was okay, worth buying?

I also have Might and Magic, I Like this, Serious Sam 2 is something I also enjoy.

I also like HAWX.

Have tried Fuel demo but it didn't really interest me.

I've also got the flatout series.

Love Left 4 Dead
Hate CSS
Hate BF2 (Im not good at these)
Hate TF2

Love GRID & the TOCA Series

What other games do you guys think will interest me?

I need some suggestions.

Thanks.......

What do RTS Games consist of?

Could you name me a few examples see if i've heard of any of them.

I've also tried the cod4 demo which was pretty good, I'd be interested to play that online I think I could get into that.

What would be more worth while? Cod4 or Cod WaW

RTS = Real Time Strategy. Some examples are Starcraft, Supreme Commander, the Warcraft series (excluding WoW)

Sins of a Solar Empire is fantastic if you are into extremely deep and involved games.

Rise of Nations is another good one, very similar to Age of Empires but with a few differences that make the game much, much better.

Supreme Commander is amazing. It is a spectacle to say that least. Hundreds of 3D units onscreen at the same time makes for some EPIC battles. The game looks amazing and plays amazing...

Out of the three of these, SupCom is the easiest for me to recommend. I think there is a possibility you would like Sins of a Solar Empire the most, but it really depends if that style of gameplay is your bag or not.

Supreme Commander is something I'm no good at, I have tried the demo as well as C&C3, never really understood or gotten into either of them games.

I guess I'm really asking just for suggestions from people of good games. which are like the ones I've mentioned above.

Things I'm looking forward to.

DiRT 2
Alan Wake (No longer Confirmed for PC)
The Elderscrolls IV
Diablo 3
Bioshock 2
Fallout 4
I Am Alive
RAGE
Left 4 Dead 2

The Elderscrolls IV

Elder Scrolls IV was Oblivion. Bethesda has said they have no plans to make another game in the series... very bad news, I know.

You might consider trying Risen. It is brand new, as in it came out this week in the US. I am not sure if it has released in UK yet. It is similar to Oblivion, but different enough that you play it and don't feel like it is a clone. It has generally gotten good reviews so far. I have only played the demo, which I enjoyed... Maybe try the demo for yourself and see how you like it. It is available on Steam.

Looks good I'll give the demo a go, it's also avaliable in the UK now too for £24.99 which I think is a reasonable price.

Screenshots look really nice I'll see how my rig'll handle it. Pushing me that much closer to want to upgrade my system. lol

Does anyone else have any suggestions aswell?

I'm interested to see if there are any future games soon to come out that I'll be interested in.

Im eager to get new games cos I'm planning to upgrade in about a week, so I can test out my new system with some of the newer more demanding games.

But that... that's a totally different thread!

I also.... Maybe if I can get admin approval depening on what I don't need anymore, would hold a contest of some sort for CF members to win some free stuff! Which again, is another thread that will have to be made:) I'll have to speak to the admin first of course..

Sorry for the double post but I'd like some more replys :P

Okay, so I've tried that Risen Demo, my rig runs it on full, although I have a bit of a CPU bottleneck. Dips down to around 18fps at times.

Kind of a fun [want to play more] game, but they leave you on such a dull cliffhanger ending and nothign really too interesting happens within the demo. Reminds me a lot of Lost the TV Series.

This is gonna be a hard one to decide whether to buy or not.

I think I'll take a look at some more reviews of the actual game and how it progresses.

And again, anyone got any other suggestions for me? :)

You'll want to look into the older command and conquer games. I'm talking Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. they beat the shit out of whatever EA creates with C&C now.
Also, look in Generals and Zero Hour. Those games lasted me a long time, and i still play them.

it seems like you're a FPS player... but if you're willing to try a target locking system style game Prototype was a lot of fun. It has a lot of the upgrade features like you would see in Fallout 3 or Oblivion, it's just not and point and click. You feel very powerful in the game taking out whole military forces but at the same time you feel the danger because you're still taking damage even while you're wrecking sh*t. The faster you kill the more you regain health. Story is not too bad, and theres a decent amount of gameplay to last you a while.

Okay thanks for all these suggestions guys, they all sound great, I'm sure I'll love a few of them.

I'm going to look into every one of them tonight and then see if I can get some demo's and reviews. Maybe buy them after if my debit card EVER arrives!

neither, wait until 10th november and get MW2 :D

EA let you download C&C for free now, the first one in the tiberium wars series and you can get C&C red alert demo, the first in the red alert series:

http://ccgold.ea.com/uk/

there is C&C download

http://download.cnet.com/Command-amp-Conquer-Red-Alert/3000-7483_4-10017271.html

there is red alert download

they are old, so the graphics aren't very good, BUT, they are still amazing games

Modern Warfare 2 already got the pre-order

Is Modern Warfare a good game? I don't want to pay 50 bucks for new games - but 10-20 on the high end I could go vor a really good game.

I was spoiled on COD world at war as my first game - I've started playing Enemy Territory Quake Wars - and Band of Brothers for some variety - but neither of those games are as good as the COD I played.
