Looking for a new laptop any suggestions?

I am in the army and getting ready to deploy to afganistan. I am looking for a laptop with a 17 inch screen that i will be using for watching dvd's, internet and playing games on. My budget is 1100 any ideas?
 
I looked around a bit for laptops around that budget give or take $200.00 and here's what I can suggest. I will only list the laptops I found with 17" screens as requested. These all will perform well for what you're looking for. However with a $1100 budget, don't expect to get the greatest gameplay on the new games.

Acer Aspire AS7720-6604 NoteBook - 1249.99 (Best Video Card out of the bunch)

HP Pavilion dv9820us NoteBook - 1049.99

Lenovo IdeaPad Y710(59013787) NoteBook - 1149.99
