I have finally crossed into the big huge world of selecting my own set of 'cans' (headphones) for work since our station will be going all digital soon and I really dont have a clue where to begin my search!
The other djs at our station all have their own opinions about which sets are the best for whatever reason, but I have a few of my own 'requirements' that im searching for.
1. Must be in the $100-$200 price range
2. Must be very crisp vocally more than musically (i work in news so i hear voices more than music
)
3. I like a tight fitting set that wont move AT ALL once their on my head
So far I have been looking at these two sets:
http://www.amazon.com/Direct-Sound-...1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1222136491&sr=1-1
and
http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR-NC60...?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1222136553&sr=1-42
both on recommendations by friends. Neither look like they would fit very tightly so that bothers me...
If anyone has experience with any good sets let me know!
