Looking for a PDF Converter

Nuance's offerings don't have the best of reputations and Foxit wants $99. Abbyy Fine which has a better reputation is around $75.

I am not adverse to paying $ but I need something reliable whereby I can convert PDFs to Word documents, etc.

Any suggestions or any freeware that you can suggest from your own experience?

I like PDF995 it works well and you can use it as freeware or pay $9.95 to register.

openoffice has a one click to pdf, not sure if it can do reverse but you could look into it.

Hi, I found AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter is giving away for free until March, 1th. I just got one of myself. So awesome. It works well in converting PDF to Word format. My PDF files with complicated format, lots of images and hyperlinks are preserved completely in the generated Word files. BYW, it supports encrypted PDF files conversion.
