Looking For a Program Like RocketDock for Ubuntu 8.10

I use Rocketdock program with Windows Vista and I love it. I am looking for a program that acts like RocketDock that will work with the Linux Ubuntu 8.10 operating system.

Can anyone give me any direction of where to look?
