Looking for a program

I am looking for a program that can monitor the use of a single program for a few hours to see how many MB that single program uses. Basically I have MLB.tv and my grandfather wants to try it out. He lives in a relatively remote area in Maine which does not have internet so he is to use one of those Access points from Verizon to get online, which limits how much he can use.
What I want to do is use something to see how much a game uses on a computer. But I only want that to be monitored, not everything on the computer. Is there a way to do that?

The free version of https://seriousbit.com/netbalancer/ might work. The trial is limited to just 3 processes but I'm pretty sure you won't care since you just want the MLB application.

I used NetworkManager a while back for network load balancing to a single access point over two adapters (was bored)...

IIRC it has network usage tracking on it. It is licenced under MIT too so it is free.

Whether it does specific applications or not I do not know. Worth a look.
