Looking for a specific oddball storage solution

Hello folks,

I have a quick question pertaining to some sort of software application that I do not know whether or not it even exists in regards to what type of functionality that I am looking for. I am looking for some type of functionality that would sync flash drives to a local hard disk/ssd in a pc. In effect I would like it to compare the directory structure on various flash drives and sync missing files if they do not already exist on the local hard disk/ssd. Is there any type of software application that has some type of functionality like this that anyone knows of?
