Looking for a specific program

Hi,

I am looking for a program that tells me when something has started, and ended. If you find this a bit difficult to understand, I will give you an example that will help.

Ex: Sunday August 27, 2006 at 10:45 Comodo Personal Firewall has started.

Something like that but it doesn't have to be that detailed.
