Looking For A Used Refurbished Desktop Computer Under $350

I am looking for a good Used Refurbished Dell desktop under $350 with

500gb HD or bigger
3gb ram or more
Good sound card
Good Video card that can play HD video smoothly

I am not a gamer I just watch HD videos convert videos to MP4 & surf the net. Righ now I do not have a lot money for a big faster new computer so which used refurbished Dell desktop do you recommend? Here this the Dell I am think about get what do you think of this one http://goo.gl/0pUwZ

that one doesn't look too bad but it has no operating system which for win7 is a min of 100 for the oem one. But this might be your best bet other than ebay or craigslist, and you can sell the gpu or something to get a audio card, but those are pointless without a 100 min buck audio system.

Give Craigslist a look before you buy anything. There's frequently good deals on there.

I bought an i5/4gb RAM desktop with 17" flatscreen monitor for $150 a couple months ago off there just to have something other than my laptop.
