looking for advice on upgrades

Hello all :)
I am looking for some advice on some upgrades I have in mind (I've attached my computer specs)

Specifically I'm looking for opinions on the products I have picked out. Whether or not they are worth it/ are they any good. I'm wanting to spend a maximum of around 650 dollars to upgrade my PC enough to play Arch Age at a nice GFX setting (right now it's rather abysmal)

RAM: Corsair 16GB Kit (2x8GB) DDR3 Vengeance C9 1600MHz
CPU: AMD Fusion A10-6800K FM2 4.1GHZ Quadcore (AD680KWOHLBOX)
GFX CARD: XFX Radeon R9 280 Double Dissipation 3GB GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI miniDisplayPort

If you guys have better suggestions then please feel free to mention so.

That CPU you picked out only works for FM2 sockets and your motherboard according to that file is AM2+, so the two won't work together.

I don't believe your Motherboard can support RAM running at 1600Mhz

The GTX 970 is a better choice for a GPU if you can afford it.

What you could do is get a new CPU and Motherboard, get 8Gigs of RAM, get a GPU, and either a power supply or SSD.

If your power supply can support a GTX 970 then get an SSD, if it can't get a new power supply.

Make sure all of these fit your case.

Sooo this is what I recommend buying:
