looking for aftermarket cpu cooler

I though i would look around for an after market cpu cooler so I can do a little overclocking. I have done a bit of research so I think I have a good idea on what to buy but just before i decided on the one I wanted a Thermaltake blue orb 2 came across my path. Now this was not the one I original intended to buy however the price on it is only $18aus. Do you think that its a good buy and will it keep my E8500 nice and cool?
 
Its a good cooler, especially if you have a side fan blowing directly into the CPY cooler (benefit of this style over towers).

The only problem is that it is very heavy (850g)

Rather get the Maxorb, same style, but lighter, and just a little more expensive.
 
The Thermaltake Blue Orb is very good, I would recommend that or the Zalman 9700. The Zalman would most likely run cooler.
