Looking for best card for around 200.

So i've been looking at benchmarks and i think that my best bet (if i wanna go $70 over) is to get this card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130038

Now, i'd like to preferably get a NVIDIA card, as i'm not the biggest fan of ATI, But it's what i'm using now. Are there any cards out there that are near the same performance level of the 8800GTS for around $200?

Nope, no $200 card can touch the 8800gts. I recommend.

Although not comparable, a good budget card none the less, better bang for the buck IMO, however, dx10 cards are rated differently and generally will perform better in the future.

Recently I asked which card was best out of these and member Kof2000 posted this video card comparison website. I guess after you find the cards in your price range you can compare which is best.

The 1950pro and 7900gs are both great Dx9 cards. If you don't have Vista and aren't planning on it, then either of those cards would be optimal.

Gpureview offers all the specs you need about the card, but no actual performance indicator. If you're looking to compare two different cards then i recommend a benchmark site.

Awesome, looks like i'll save up the extra money and get the 8800gts, i'd like to try out some DX10 games. thanks guys, and i was looking for the gpure site but couldnt find it. Thanks!
