looking for C2D Mobo

I've been looking at building a new system and I've always had ASUS boards. I read alot about the Gigabyte boards and would like to know how easy it is to flash the BIOS ? I know the ASUS is very easy just wondering about the Gigabyte boards. I'm looking at the E6600 and at least two gigs of Ram. For now I'll only run one 8800 gts but will eventually go to two of them. Also will a Enermax 600 watt PSU be enough or will I need more. Thanks

As with the Asus boards, flashing the BIOS on a Gigabyte is relatively straightforward. As for the PSU, i'd get a different one. That doesn't necessarily mean you need to spend more, but i'd avoid a dual rail unit. The OCZ GameXStream 700W, Corsair HX620 or Silverstone ST75F would be great choices.
