Looking for good iPod touch alternative

Hello all,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm looking for a good alternative to an iPod touch (I'm sort of anti-Apple). I already have a Sony Walkman Video (which I really like, BTW), but I'm looking for something with WiFi and a touchscreen, that I could put some apps on, and things like that. I'm not looking for a phone at the moment. Anybody know of anything on the market currently that sounds like what I'm talking about? Thanks.

Well, if you're interested in something that has apps then your choices are pretty much limited to iPod Touch or something that runs Android, anything else isn't going to have a very big selection of apps. Unfortunately, there really isn't anything I know of that is iPod touch size that runs Android, unless you're in the market for a new phone. In which case there are lots of quality devices to choose from.
 
My friend who is anti-apple as well bought a zune HD, The touch screen is very nice, audio from the jack is crisper than ipod touch (according to reviews at least). As for apps there are a few but your at a loss there.
 
You know, I'm no Apple fan, but if you're looking for an MP3 player pretty much everything is a step down from the iPod. The only thing I might consider comparable would be the Zune.

I beg to disagree. They sound good, but there's better out there.
