Looking for "good" MW2 players (xbox 360)

okay here's the deal people. i'm looking for good (competent) modern warfare 2 players for xbox live. we're looking to form a "team" of sorts. and we're looking to win, not improve our k/ds. this isn't to say we expect you to go 2-30 every game, if the strategies we implement are successful, the good kdr's will come naturally.

Requirements:
-team orientated gameplay (no selfish killstreak whores here!)
-willingness to sacrifice k/d for game objectives.
-willingness to take on a certain role in each game (be it support killing, capping flags, anti-air, etc.)
-taking each game seriously, and approaching it intelligently.

this is for SERIOUS gamers only, we will attempt to control each game with a pre-established strategy. we need people who are willing to do what the rest of the group tells them. everybody in the group will have a say in the strategy, i'm not running a dictatorship here, don't worry!

I'll give it a go. More into FFA, so I'll have to play a few rounds of TDM, ect. But I got nothing but time.

alrighty sir! we play mostly domination and sometimes search and destroy. we're trying to develop map specific strategies for winning games consistently by assigning roles and/or routes to different players.

we're playing for fun, but we're also playing very competitively, seriously, and intelligently. so yea we'll mess around once in awhile in ground war or something, but in domination it's going to be all business :D

I'm fairly good at the game, I try to go to objectives but sometimes I play more of a support role and just protect the objective. I will admit now, I take games a tad bit too seriously. Oh, and I hate Search and Destroy. Gamertag: Theblackoutgow

they're guys who upload gameplay videos and then do commentary over them. pointing out helpful strategies, kits, routes, etc. i link a few down below, check em out if you're interested. i improved my game drastically just by watching a few of them regularly.

^ this is machinima respawn, it's a channel devoted for gameplay videos. a lot of the guys i posted above will have their vids uploaded here. you kinda have to sift through it though, some of the commentators on it aren't that great.

^ I watch those all the time. I can dominate free for all on terminal now just by watching one.

If you're looking for people that is on everyday then thats not me. I get one a couple times a week. Or if you ever need me to play you can send me a PM or something and I will happily get on. I'm not that great at playing anymore so screw my kd ratio. I like playing for fun but with people who still wanna win rather then just have a lot of kills.
