Looking for ideas

I just bought a droid razr maxx. While playing around with the phone, I realized that if you drag an app and drop it onto another app, it will combine the two almost like a folder on a pc. It's a really neat feature that helps keep things organized.

I was wondering if there is anything like that built into windows 7? I mean other then creating a folder.
 
It does move it into a folder on Android, but that's no different than creating a folder on a PC and moving shortcuts or files into them. If you drag apps on top of other apps within Windows it will try to open one program with another.
