Looking for info about my hp rove DESKTOP

I have a HP ROVE all in one 20 inch portable computer with Windows 8.1 on it. It has a "D" partition for recovery if needed. However when I click on the "D" drive recovery partition it does not allow me to access it. How can I access this drive in the future.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you. On any other computers I've every owned, and there were many, was no problem accessing the partition drive.
 
You don't need to access it. When you want to run the recovery, you do so from the "Reset" section in the Metro control panel.

Thanks for your help. Would that be the "HP Recovery Manager" your talking about in the metro control panel.
